这是我的理解，希望有权威人士解答。比如有医生写成上感，有的写成感冒，英文的话比如cold,URTI，都是可以的。
一般来说，需要药厂自己或第三方进行不良事件编码AECoding，比如使用MedDRA字典，这样这些verbatimterm就都归类到同一个PreferredTerm:UpperRespiratoryTractInfection,SystemOrganClass:RespirationSystem。这是个随便写的例子，没有去查Meddra。
